Job Title : Manager/Associate Manager, Corporate M&A

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 5-8 years of work experience

Background :

- Ideally CA+MBA/CA/MBA from IIMs/XLRI/XIMB and like schools

- Worked in M&A roles in IB/Big 4 Corporate finance teams

Key skill set and profile background :

- Worked on atleast 2 end-to-end M&A deals

- Expert at financial modelling and valuation and analysing financial statements

- Ability to independently manage business and financial due diligence in past deals

- Ability to understand key business drivers, rationale for M&A, perform accretion/dilution analysis

- Atleast basic knowledge of structuring (atleast one of the candidates)

- Managed atleast 1-2 junior staff (preferred, not required)
