Assistant Manager/Manager - Contracts Management

Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

- Preferably BE/BTech from a reputed institute. Additional qualifications would be an advantage.

- Candidates from blue chip companies and who have handle NAVRATNA's/big PSU's "preferable" (not mandatory)

- Overall around 5+ years of experience in relevant field.

- Age around 30 years (not mandatory)

- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Strong social networking skills and client handling skills.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Demonstrable expertise of full proof documentation and recovery as per Contract.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 6 LPA would NOT be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of/to Site in Jharkhand

JOB DESCRIPTION is as follows (INDICATIVE ONLY) :

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT :

- Strengthening relationship with clients - client management.

- Claims Management : Ensuring timely ensuring and realization of claims. Initiation of File notes, appropriate documentation and contractual communication to clients

- Project Management & Control : Building internal networks with team members to ensure timely communication is addressed, claims are properly computed, documentation well thought through inputs secured from internal team and external legal counsels

SPECIAL PROJECTS : As and when assigned by HOD
