Assistant Manager/Manager - Compensation & Benefits + HR Analytics

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client which is a large MNC. They are looking for an "HR C&B + HR Analytics Asst Manager / Manager" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The position is based in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for Managing HR C&B and HR Analytics for the organization. S/he will be responsible for understanding/analysing the Mercer reports and suggesting changes to the Compensation structure. Also, will be responsible for People Analytics / Data Analysis which impact the organizational goals.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Have an MBA / PG in HR

- Have around 3 to 8 years of exp in HR

- Have good exp of Compensation & Benefits

- Have good exp in Benchmarking Analysis

- Have very good understanding of the Mercer Reports

- Have some exp in the areas of HR Analytics, People Matrices etc

- Have exp on creating reports on various areas of People performance

- Have good English Skills

- Be from Mumbai or nearby areas (Locals preferred)
