Investment Banking Team Member
Designation : Assistant Manager / Manager
Role : Relationship Manager, Capital Markets
Key Target : Revenue Generation
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide 100% end to end support to Senior Bankers on Client Accounts
- Support Senior Bankers in deal negotiation, structuring and execution
- Manage entire coordination for the activities on Client Accounts including Market Survey and Field Survey and Data Collection and Site Visits, etc
- Presentations and Reports on all client projects, profiles, etc
- Track, Follow Up and Action all deliverables on Client Accounts
- Source New Client Accounts
- Business Development of new clients - Minimum 8 meetings a week
Additional Information :
Key Skills & Knowledge :
- Strong Business Development Skills
- Good Presentation and Report creation Skills
- Strong in field survey work
- Should have some sense of corporate finance and investments
Education : MBA or CA or Architect or Planner or CFA or all Tier 1 College
Experience : 3 - 5 Years
Business Development / Institutional Real Estate Sales / Field Work
Required Qualification :
- Masters - Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
Note : MBA or CA education from top institutions & consistent Academics
