Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Operations (2-6 yrs)
- 1 to 5 yrs of POST MBA EXPERIENCE from TOP TIER INSTITUTE is MUST
- Prior experience of 1-4 years in corporate strategy/strategy planning/consulting teams
- Preferably have IT services background/experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in planning and corporate strategy
- Good project management skills
- Well organized and able to work on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration with senior management
- Analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly financial & operational parameters
- To assist with the prioritization of projects, particularly using cost / benefit analysis to proactively manage delivery initiatives
- Working closely with the delivery, operations and finance functions to execute delivery initiatives
- Incorporate the business & industry analysis into the planning process
- Attend business meetings and appropriate management forums
- Providing a central point of information for all GDU related activities
- Prepare Board/Monthly Review/Quarterly Review decks
- To develop a detailed knowledge of the key business processes and systems employed by the company
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, leading practices and trends in IT services industry
- EXP in forecasting, budgeting and management reporting of expense, headcount & revenue at Global Level
EXPERIENCE LEVEL : Min 1 to Max 7 yrs ~ MBA (from B-School)
