- Business Development for new clients in Alternatives Sector

- Generate new business

- Relationship Building, maintaining and nurturing

- Support on existing deals

Performance objectives :

- The KRA would be to add new clients and generate new business from them. 

- Performance would be measured against the number of new relationships brought to the firm alongside the business generated from the clientele list, both new and existing relationships.

Key skills :

- Good in number crunching

- Understanding of real estate domain

- Knowledge of either or all - hospitality industry, the education sector, and healthcare domain would be preferred

Employee specification - MBA or Graduates with skills in the marketing of soft services - 2 -3 years of work experience
