Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the power industry, focusing on exchange-related products.
- Conduct in-depth market research, staying abreast of regulatory changes, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals to effectively showcase the value proposition of your solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Actively travel within the assigned territory to develop a robust network of industry contacts and expand our client base.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in power trading, business development, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Open Access Regulations and power market operations.
- Strong understanding of power trading fundamentals, including scheduling, billing, and tariffs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical ability with proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently to achieve set goals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic
