AM/ Manager - Business Development - North America  Our Client leverages its Management Consulting and Technology Services to provide turnkey execution services to its broad range of clients from Fortune 1000 to emerging companies.   Roles & Responsibilities :   - Over achieve sales target for the region   - Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system  - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails  - Work with cross functional teams to deliver business value to clients  - Increase market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.  - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around services.  - Maintain an accurate forecast   - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest  - Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory  - Team with marketing to build pipeline and close deals  Qualifications & requirements :  - 5 - 8 years of technology services related sales, marketing or business development experience.  - Proven inside sales experience  - Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day  - Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills  - Strong listening and presentation skills  - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively  Travel : Expect 5 % or less travel   Preferred Qualifications :  - BA/BS degree or equivalent  - Experience in IT services industry
