Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development
The role: Looking for someone who would be Identifying new business prospects & closing in new clients and brands. Managing end-to-end business processes right from pitching, planning, and closing the deal to campaign execution and client servicing - heating up cold leads.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential clients in each sector.
- Client Visits, Online/Offline Presentations, Cross Selling, ions in preparing relevant presentations, case studies etc.
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding new partners and enabling, training and business planning
- Actively managing and business generation through all partners & end customers.
- Maintaining CRM, communications, MoM, up to date follow ups.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit high performing salespeople.
- Strong ability to coach sales reps to higher performance.
Key skills and experience required:
- Presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel.
Qualifying Criteria
- Bachelor's/PG degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus
- Experience in pre-Sales/Business development process would be add on
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
