We are looking for candidates with experience in business analytics in banking and finance domain with a strong hold on SAS and SQL. This is for one of the leading MNC banks.
Roles and Responsibilites
- A candidate is expected to undertake the review of Debit card product performance, devise customer segmentation strategies based on product usage/profitability and design strategies to drive the engagement of debit card customers via targeted campaigns
- Evaluate the performance of campaign/product portfolio performance across a variety of metrics such as billings, cash usage, activation rates etc- as required
- Work closely with the reporting team and Campaigns team to develop the required MIS / dashboards and regional campaigns design/execution
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Credit cards or debit cards marketing/product and with a sound understanding of credit/debit card product, KPIs, portfolio performance metrics etc-
- Robust Stakeholder management and Partner Engagement skills across markets.
- Effective oral & written communication skills required.
- Resilient Drive to work and manage project timelines.
- Strong Knowledge of SAS, SQL, extraction of data from Data warehouse, MS Excel with macros & VBA and PowerPoint
