Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Analyst - Hospitality

- Significant experience in Market research, Business analysis, SWOT analysis, GTM strategy, PESTEL Analysis, Competitive analysis, Company profiling, Market insights and Report writing

- Development & management of company strategy to formulate a roadmap for growth & learning

- Adept in handling business engagements for requirement analysis and presenting the solution with the recommendations & methodologies

- To understand the business requirement and accordingly present with right business module & strategic insight to enhance and achieve business goals.

- Work scope includes strategy planning, Rollout, Business analysis, Competition, and recommendations

- Business expansion, inclusive of training module & operational procedures

- In-depth research & analysis on travel & tourism sector

- Business Model & Competition analysis with a focus on Multi-channel business expansion model development.

- Business Planning & Business restructuring that includes concept development & detailed market and competition analysis

- Rollout Plan for Business segments to increase margins.

- Daily/weekly / monthly/quarterly review of progress, business performance. Preparing Business analytic reports, analyzing performances, opportunities, trends, threats, and taking well planned corrective business actions.

- Hands on experience in PowerPoint presentation, MS excel, and other report making & analytics tools

Background profile:

- Preferably with Business analyst skills/ experience in online E-commerce Industry, Banking, Financial Industry or online travel.

- Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts, preparing new concepts from inferences, pitching, / good communication skills.

- Ability to arrive at clear conclusions, inferences, and recommended solutions.

- Candidates currently working in similar profile in companies like Amazon / Flipkart / Goibibo / Make my trip / Banks.

- Sales, marketing, distribution channels knowledge is a must and preferred.

- Mumbai based.

- Comfortable with need based travel.

- Hands on experience in PowerPoint presentation, MS excel, and other report making & analytics tools

- Minimum 2-3 years work experience.

- B.tech or similar qualification.
