Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Analyst - Automobile/Construction/Mining Business

Business Analyst required for renowned Steel & Mining Group.

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical with MBA in Finance

Job Role: In this role, Candidate will work closely with the Director to drive operational efficiency improvements across all business verticals.

Responsibilities:

1) Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with department heads and teams to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity across the plant.

2) MIS Implementation: Evaluate the need for a Management Information System (MIS) and Lead the implementation process.

3) Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed decision-making.

4) Financial Expertise: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support the Director in strategic decision-making and cost optimization initiatives.

5) Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the plant's performance.

Salary: Negotiable as per skills & Experience
