Job Description :
Primary Purpose : Business progression of the core business of the company in a time bound manner thus creating value for all the stake holders.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Should focus on all allied Industries where our customer for Solar is common.
- Should focus sales from Current and new MFI, Cooperative Banks, Self Help Groups, CSR Foundations, corporates of Fertilizer etc. companies.
- Maximizing shareholder value by effectively managing business progression and service delivery operations distribution, sales, marketing, hiring the team, retaining the team.
- Develop and execute long term and tactical Sales & Marketing plans, in line with organizations growth strategy.
- Actively contribute towards identifying & developing new market opportunities as part of corporate strategy initiative
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor moves to enhance and retain market share metrics, revenue and profits.
- Ability to adopt industry best practices, implement effective sales processing systems to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure operational effectiveness by coordinating with supply chain, finance, marketing, HR.
Specific Exposure :
- Sales & Marketing experience in the FMCD/Lighting/Solar.
- Leadership skills in leading and building high performing sales teams.
