This role is applicable only for Chartered Accountant's

Desired: Exposure to US GAAP or IFRS

- Legal Entity Controller

- Financial Reporting

- understanding of Derivative Accounting / hedge accounting will be added advantage.

- End-to-end responsible for the financial affairs of the corporate entities, including monthly reviews and commentary, statutory reporting, capital requirements, and dividend calculations

Strong in Accounting skills

Understanding of different Financial instruments

Strong Analytical skills

Strong in Excel skills

Drive team and manage the juniors well

Month end journals, Month end and Quarter end reporting in USGAAP, AV Process, Support for Annual Statutory

Audit, Handling adhoc queries
