Assistant Manager/Manager - Audit & Assurance - CA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the engagements in the field of :

- Preparation of AS/Ind AS Financial statements

- Assurance/ Advisory for IPO including restatement

- Advisory on Ind AS transition

- Internal Audits

- Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)

- Tax Audit

Required:

- CA with 0 - 4 years experience

- Reasonable fundamentals in accounting

- Understanding of financial statements

- Understanding of controls and processes

- Inquisitiveness for learning and Flair for excellence

- Openness to travel to client locations including outstation

- Exposure to audit & assurance in articled training/ post-qualification

- Team management skills
