- Managing a team of Executives & Sr. Executives, coordinating with central finance team

- Leading P2P & Sales

- Customer follow up & Payments follow up.

- Implementing SOP

- Preparation of COGS for new item sales and helping sales & finance heads for sales planning. Cost control and optimizing the expenses to increase the gross margins.

- Closely working with Functional and Business heads in strategy planning.

- Doing the automations in the process of accounting and analysis with coordinating ERP & other service providers.

- Preparing Sales Invoices and E-way bill generation.

- Designing Excel Modules for different operational purpose.

- Preparing and sharing Cost Analysis, Revenues and Gross margins to Head of Finance, CEO and functional heads.

- Preparing Customer & Vendor aging reports and sharing to Head of Finance, CEO and functional heads.

- Preparing weekly & monthly MIS reports to Head of the departments.

- Coordinate with departmental heads for smooth running of business operations.

- Petty Cash Management.
