Job Title: Asst Manager/ Manager - Finance & Accounts (Single unit/Multi Divisions)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic financial planning models and projections for the business.

- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required.

- Track project progress and ensure delivery of milestones on time and within budget.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.

- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans.

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for the company based on financial feasibility and projections.

- Conduct research and analysis to provide proactive insights into financial trends.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring availability of funds as needed.

- Support external audits and tax planning activities.

- Evaluate and advise on investment opportunities, capital projects, and other financial activities.

- Develop financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

- Prepare budget forecast

- Preparation of Fund Flow Statement and Cash Flow Statement on daily/weekly basis and provide feedback to Top Management on fund management.

- System process automation & up-gradation of ERP.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-9 years of experience in strategic financial planning and projection management.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques and methodologies.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
