Job Description:
Inventory and Asset Management:
- Participate actively in monthly inventory checks and yearly asset audits.
Staff Deployment and Attendance Verification:
- Deploy security staff effectively.
- Cross-verify attendance for accurate monthly payroll processing.
Patrols and Surveillance:
- Conduct routine patrols and surveillance in high-risk areas to prevent shrinkage.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Conduct mock fire drills and evacuation drills during emergencies.
- Ensure all firefighting equipment is functional with monthly inspection reports.
Fire and Safety Audits:
- Visit stores to perform fire and safety audits.
- Provide fire and safety training to employees.
Investigations and Internal Audits:
- Coordinate and conduct internal investigations (thefts, fraud, policy violations).
- Review CCTV footage to investigate incidents like thefts or malpractice.
Operational Support:
- Supervise and monitor all stores, reporting observations accordingly.
- Attend general meetings with managers to resolve issues and address operational needs.
Training and Documentation:
- Train Loss Prevention (LP) staff on control and preventive measures.
- Perform cash, stock, and inventory audits.
- Maintain documentation related to incidents and loss prevention activities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in security management and loss prevention.
- Knowledge of fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to conduct investigations and analyze CCTV footage.
- Good communication skills for training and reporting purposes.
- Attention to detail in maintaining documentation and audit records
