- Develop and implement effective supply chain operations, supply chain management, transporter management and ensuring quality

- Strategize and plan supply chain / logistics operation looking at future volumes and ensuring implementation of the same

- Drive excellence in all supply chain / logistics operations

- Use the latest technologies in warehouse management systems, fleet management, truck design, network, route optimization, RFID based asset tracking, Last Mile Delivery, and Material Handling

- Sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain for items, ensuring timely distribution of the merchandise to the stores
