Assistant Manager - Logistics - FMCG

One of the leading FMCG Company is looking for AM-Logistics. This position will be based in Kolkata.

Experience : 3 to 10 yrs

Qualification : MBA(Full time)

Candidates from FMCG company's are Preferred.

Please find below the job Description :

Warehousing :

- Candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the complete Warehousing Budget which includes Rental, and Handling expenses.

- He/she will create systems for Independent Audit of the Warehouse Hygiene and Inventory.

- Candidate will be responsible for the Issues with Repacking with the respective businesses and resolve the issues.

- Will ensuring the Inventory Record Accuracy position across the Pan India on a daily/Weekly/ Monthly basis.

Vendor Development :

- Candidate will update the vendor base for Secondary and explore the National Vendors.

- He will find different logistics practices across the other FMCG companies and finalize Company strategy on secondary Freight.

Logistics Operations and Customer service:

- will check Performance locations on an Pan India basis and identify the Weak Performing Locations.

- Will make action Plans along with locations.

- He/she will Create systems to ensure the desired customer service levels.
