Assistant Manager - Loan Repayment - EMI Presentation - NBFC

We are hiring for a leading NBFC in Mumbai. Job details are given below:

Candidate should have prior experience in executing Loan EMI presentation process of Direct Debit / ECS / ACH modes of presentment and banking.

The candidate should be aware of Finn One LMS system in terms of sending presentation files, tracking of clear / bounce status, updation in customer account in Finn One system.

Liaison with banks CMS teams for getting Instructions presented on the presentation date, follow up with vendors for return status / ECS mandate registration and other process requirements with Loan Repayment.

The candidate should be able to process the transactions with in TAT.

The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to interact with collections and internal team stakeholders.

The candidate should be very thorough with MS office and Excel.

Well versed with FinnOne system

Well versed with MS office including Excel
