Reporting - Head - TM&OD
Job Purpose :
Reporting into the Head - TM&OD, the person will be responsible for driving key Learning & Development interventions across the organization. The role will be responsible for design and delivery of the learning and development plan for individuals to ensure they have the capabilities needed to succeed in this unique environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop learning and development strategy and objectives and framework to support continuous learning in the organization.
- Act as a program manager to develop learning journeys that are delivered in a hybrid manner - facilitator-led classroom and online interventions.
- Review individual and organizational development needs
- Take care of Customer Success - make sure program objectives are understood well, implementation is seamless and effectiveness is ensured
- Periodically assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets
- Minimum Level of Education Required Area of Specialization
Why is it required?
- Post Graduate or equivalent experience Preferably MBA Business, HR Management, Psychology, Economics . Training, Organisation Development. A strong knowledge base of HR combined with broader business issues
Previous Experience & Knowledge required :
- 2-5 years of experience who has hands-on experience in designing and implementation of L&D programs, and who can work as independent contributor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, counselling, and negotiation skills,
- The ability to work successfully in a very fast paced environment with the need to manage constant change
