Knowledge and skill set-

- Excellent online communications, writing skills (English & Hindi)

- Graphic designer with experience building online training courses.

- Experienced in the use of E-Learning and Multimedia authoring software

Technical Skills Set:

Applications MS-Office, MS Visio, Adobe Suite, Articulate, Captivate, other authoring application

LMS: Likes of Entralltech, G-Cube, Moodle, etc.

Publishing Tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Luminosity Studio, Dialogue Design, Content Author Producer, Content Author Editor, Web Page Maker, etc

Movie Making and Animation applications like Pinnacle studio / GoAnime etc.

Role Objective

- Content creation and SCORM packaging for courses created in-house.

- Manage reporting database and master data for LMS and App.

- Create and assign knowledge assessments to various groups of end users.

- Reporting and MIS for the Learning Team.

- Oversee development of system simulators or video walk through.

- Develop learning solutions, end user manuals, business process documents, etc.

- Technical support, guidance and representation with contractors, vendors and/or other product specialists.

- Testing and quality assurance of work

- Managing Social Media Marketing for Training and HR Function.
