Roles & Responsibilities:
Required experience in instructional design (Designing effective training curriculum) and training delivery / facilitation which is 60 - 65% of this role. Rest 40 - 35% will be of an L&D Manager responsibilities including TNA (Training need analysis), manage trainings through external trainers, prepare L&D MIS, drive other L&D initiatives.
- Understand the business model and its key processes well
- Proactive understanding of skill development requirements from internal stakeholders and develop/modify content accordingly.
- Design and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leverage digital learning technology and blended approach to drive the learning requirement.
- Assess and improve learning effectiveness based on the identified parameters for training programs got conducted.
- Execute learning interventions including timelines, target audience and location.
- Arrange training logistics (with support of Operations Support) and drive delivery of training.
- L&D MIS, Analytics and reporting
- Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.
- Capable of proactively identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
- Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialisation.
- Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.
