Requirement:
- Experience in Competency Matrix / Skill Matrix and Succession Planning.
- Work closely with cross functions to exercise short term and long-term succession plan at all levels. Devise career path to develop employees to next level to fulfill talent gaps versus business needs.
- Identifying training needs, customizing internal training programs, and coordinating the external programs.
- Creating Training plan with budget based on organizational training needs and implementing mandatory training for each job position.
- Should have very good communication and presentation skills.
