Job Responsibilities :
L&D Lead :
- Responsible for end to end learning & development initiatives in the organization
- Creating awareness on IDP, help managers / associates making IDP, collating IDPs making training calendars; organizing training programs; making reports; capturing the effectiveness; preparing reports & trackers.
Engagement Lead :
- Prepare the event calendar for the year; organize the events on monthly basis.
- All the activities related to Engagement survey, follow ups, implementation of action plan, maintaining trackers.
- Rewards & recognition-implementation of all the reward schemes / policy & practices and other onetime initiatives like Marathon.
Transcend Lead :
- Implementation of all the planned initiatives to institutionalize company values
OD Lead : Roopandar
- Responsible for career planning & multitasking
- To be part of all the other OD initiatives as and when required.
CSR :
- Mainly responsible for initiatives related to Arogyamitra Center time to time
Company Inform :
- Responsible for all the Write ups / reporting in company inform, company monthly magazine.
