Functional Academy:
- Support the Design and Deployment of Functional Academies.
- Liaison with Stakeholders to identify and diagnose specific learning needs arising out of business objectives.
- Work closely with Learning Head and Stakeholders to design holistic learning Framework keeping research as the basis for all discussions to ensure that learning needs are met in a sustained and effective manner.
- Innovation & Modern Workplace Learning Practices
- Research, Analyse and stay abreast with modern workplace earning practices in L&D
- Bring to life Innovative learning practices, particularly in the space of Game based learning, Social Learning and Digital Learning to enhance and add value the learning ecosystem.
