- Co-creating and rolling out of Leadership, Functional and Behavioural training initiatives.
- Build content through research on concepts/frameworks in OD, behavioural capability and new training methods, for driving learning interventions.
- Drive and execute various stages of the learning journey to ensure a smooth & value-adding experience for learners.
- Periodically monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, cost consumption and ROI to generate exhaustive report on each of these parameters.
- Maintain the back-end management of learning administration which includes training logistics, coverage, certification, and knowledge assessments
