- Partner with Learning leaders and other key stakeholders to source and develop appropriate content; act as producer for overall successful delivery of live virtual and in-person education events and on-demand video-based learning modules.
- Oversee all aspects of coordination, logistics, and support for learning programs addressing key capability growth across career bands.
- Utilize standard work processes to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Responsibilities may include calendar management, faculty management, vendor management, and facility management.
- Take a lead role in learning communication & marketing initiatives.
- Track and report relevant metrics of learning programs.
- Manage the administration of relevant Learning Management Systems (LMS, scheduling & registration, virtual event/webinar software, licensed content subscriptions)
