Role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving TA, Campus Program & EVP for the Commercial functions (not manufacturing).
- This will include design & implementation of best in class programs and processes which will have positive impact on the Company Brand.
- Lead a recruiter under this position, champion the TA, Campus & EVP agenda by working very closely with all the stakeholders - Business HR's, Hiring Managers, Campus touch points & Recruitment Partners.
