Key job responsibilities:
- Responsible for new product development following stage gate process and anchor launch with strong GTM strategy and marketing mix.
- Identify & prepare business opportunities cases basis consumer behavior and emerging micro and macro trends.
- Creation of marketing strategies for new product launches making use of the full marketing mix in collaboration with creative team.
- Responsible to deliver marketing ROI for campaigns and new launches.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales Team, and LT team; guide and support the development of marketing plans to deliver NPD AOP
- Prepare project timelines using tools like Asana / MS Projects and lead the project deliveries collaboratively ensuring all milestones are met by respective stakeholders.
- Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling, relevant strategic input documents, creative briefs for product development and creative development respectively.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in FMCG
- Experience driving the collection of market intelligence; setting market research goals in collaboration; Identifying and tracking trends in core market segments to develop and launch new products.
- A proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, especially for new product launches.
- Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy development, managing pan-India projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in measuring campaign/ launch ROI and drive results.
- Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs, able to actively participate with research team both internally and externally to develop concepts, packaging designs, communication, and media mix for various consumer touchpoints.
- Strong data driven marketing skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate findings into actionable customer insights and powerful marketing programs.
- Effective problem-solver and strategic thinker; demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to persuade senior leaders and stakeholders.
- MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing
- 1-2 years' experience in Sales is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG Food is a must.
