Expectations
- Be the voice of the consumer internally
- Comfortable with writing short-form copy for digital ads
- Drive innovation and bring in new communication ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives
- Strong understanding of how creative processes work and what has creative efficacy
- Manage and grow video content on various platforms like Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and HomeLane blog
- Manage the Brand calendar and keep all verticals aligned
- Work on creating marketing collaterals, ensure the same are released as per schedule
- Understand the brand and ensure that all our communication is aligned as per the brand guidelines
- Project manage each campaign, creative requirements from different departments and deliver as per the deadlines
- Must have a good understanding of visual, propositions and insights work from the communication point of view
- Should be able to give feedback to agencies based on the output
Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant work experience of working on brands managing the communication and brand strategy. Preferably from core marketing background or advertising agency
- Prior experience at a startup is preferred (not mandatory)
- A strong understanding of the digital space
- Comes with industry contacts and publisher connections has worked with vendors across domains
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in unstructured environment, entrepreneurial in nature
