- Strong knowledge of operations research methodologies, optimization algorithms/linear programming/ Integer mix programming.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or R for implementing optimization models (Good to have)
- Experience with optimization software such as CPLEX, Gurobi, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business processes, and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Design and implement optimization algorithms to enhance decision-making processes within our operations
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational improvements
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.
