We are assisting the global leader in Consumer durable for Assistant Manager to manage the LFR sales based out of Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.
Ideally AM-LFR will manage a team of 10 to 15 Product demonstrators in the given city deployed at various LFR outlets and broadly would be responsible for -
- Experience in Key Account Management is required
- Candidate must be very well aware of the market and all recent activities to keep track of competition.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills required along with fluency in language.
- Work involves considerable cross functional interaction, hence excellent relationship orientation with existing Accounts across the India.
- Person should have a sales personality - outgoing, independent, follows-through, prompt decision maker, assertive, good in negotiations and closing.
- Experience with IT Peripherals / Electronics / Telecom (Accessories)/Consumer Durable is preferable
- Total Management of LFR Sales is required
- Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company's products
- Work closely with local branch team/ LFR floor Manager for planning for Line up/ Offers/ Merchandising.
- ISP co-ordination:- Training arrangement with regional Trainers on monthly bases.
