Position:- Assistant Manager - Key Accounts (Retail)
Location:- Chandigarh & Ahmedabad
Preferred Industry:- Sanitaryware, Glass, Paints, Tiles, Cements, Bathroom Fittings etc.
Qualification:- University Graduate/MBA
Experience:- 3-5 year's sales/marketing experience in dealing directly with architects/designers
Job Purpose: Responsible for getting LWT Brands as specified brand at all leading Designers & architects and relationship management with key partners. Make LWT as preferred brand for the designers & key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Generate specifications from the designers.
- Work closely with sales team of the region.
- Provide timely and accurate market information including information in the areas of pricing competitive activities, products, and other items necessary to the success of marketing strategies and programs.
- Daily Sales report & forecast monthly/quarterly specification & conversion.
- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with designers and architects.
- Confer regularly with management on recommended sales strategies, promotions, and potential new applications.
- Must be able to define a problem, assess risks, and develop recommendations for action plans.
- Make decision for day to day issue resolution.
- Must be able to deliver presentations, both written and oral
- Responsible for delivering results in achieving Company's yearly sales objectives, conducting periodic market surveys/analysis
- Excellent selling skills in retail and projects.
General Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Negotiation & Convincing skills
Salary range - 7-10 LPA
