Role :
- Engaging with top notch qualified individuals and assisting them with the onboarding process.
- Understanding the client's preferences and suggesting them most relevant matches and handling their profiles.
- Selling and promoting online and personalized matrimony solutions to potential leads by assessing their requirements.
- Establishing contact and initiating meetings among the members.
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
- Delivering quality service to premier members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.
