Assistant Manager - IT SOX Testing

Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for executing assigned responsibilities on client engagement. You can expect to work with external & internal client/s personnel to contribute on compliance, financial and operational risk projects.

- Provide assistance in IT Risk & Compliance engagements

- Participate in design walkthroughs, perform sample based operative effectiveness testing, create process flowcharts and identify key risks & mitigation controls

- Perform risk based audits, IT general controls (ITGCs), IT application controls (ITACs), Segregation of duties analysis, cyber security assessments

- Perform IT security assessment such as vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, red teaming, white hat hacking etc. for enterprise networks

- Participate in status meeting, prepare Lead sheets and highlight any identified deficiencies

- Perform configuration reviews for financially significant applications and underlying infrastructure

- Assist on audits related to Data Privacy and Governance

- Provide gap analysis services to internal clients

- Exceptionally good MS office skills including MS Visio & PDF Pro applications

- Maintain relationships with client / internal clients to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverable

- Flexible to work extended hours & varied shift timings basis business requirements
