Position Title : Assistant Manager - IT SAP FICO - FMCG

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for System user guides.
- Responsible for Training System users after Key users.
- Ensure and Take care of resolution of issues raised by users/key users.
- Responsible for implementation of potentially applicable OSS Notes.
- Raise issues to CDC in case of issues not solved locally.
- Coordinate with CDC and ensure the resolution of issues in Time.
- Support users/key users for all interfaces existing with system.
- Support users/key users for all queries, issues relevant to Modules.
- Requirement gathering from Business users and providing feasible solution.
- Document requirements from Business Users.
- Ensure additional Access rights requested by users after validating.
- Ensure System configuration required for any valid business requirement.
- Ensure ABAP changes necessary for any valid business requirement.
- Performs Unit Tests and ensure Integration Tests from key users/users and Implement Changes in system.
- Performs general design and detail design of local solutions,proposed.
- Proactive planning / involvement in deployment functionalities.
- Lay down application change management methodology and ensure comply with the same.
- Responsible for Testing and giving technical support to internal customer.
- Guide Key users/users in case they are not aware of the concerned person from system side.
Key Deliverables :
- Configuration, testing and support in SAP FICO module
- Knowledge of GL's, Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers and other Masters
- Complete knowledge of SAP dependencies for :
a) Accounts Receivables, Cheque and Cash Management
b) Accounts Payables, Payments methods, Cheque Printing, E-payments
c) WBS, Fixed Assets and Inventory valuations, Depreciation Cycles and runs
- SAP BCM and H2H integration's (bank integration's)
- Integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM
- Reporting, Testing and Required Customization to fulfill organization needs
- NACH program & integration's
- Training and Documentation
Education :
- MBA Finance, M.COM, B.COM, Exposure as a business user to FI (AR, AP) modules. Financial background exposure is a must.
Key Competencies :
- Experience in ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology.
- Good experience and knowledge of handling jobs in the area of SAP customization/report development (ABAP) and involved in Implementations, Upgrade, and Support & Maintenance of SAP FICO modules.
- SAP Enhancements & User Exits like menu exits, field exits and screen exits are created upon client requirements.
- Experience working with SAP Cross-application concepts like BAPI, BADI,RFC
- Experience in Data Migration and Data Uploads using Batch Data Communication Programs (BDC) using Call Transaction and Session Methods.
- Knowledge of designing of forms using SAPSCRIPTS & SMARTFORMS
