Assistant Manager - IT Recruitment - Big4

We have an urgent job opening with one of our client which is one of the Big4's for the position of for Assistant Manager - IT Recruitments Bangalore location.

- Looking for 7-9 yrs of end to end IT Recruitments exp.

- Having exp. in cloud computing,artificial intelligence or E-commerce Hiring.

The role will be handling IT Recruitments & managing a team of Recruitment professionals operating from multiple locations. The primary responsibility will be to drive adherence to all recruitment SLAs through a highly motivated & productive team.

Responsibilities :

- Responsibility for smooth execution of day to day recruitment related activities and delivery against all Recruitment SLAs.

- Work closely with stakeholders to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal delivery.

- Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader.

- Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.

- Assign work to the team members, guide and support them to prioritize and ensure on time closures

- Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets .

- Ensure zero extension on Hiring TAT on any grounds.

- Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality
