Should have 7 years of proven recruitment experience in IT industry, with atleast 3 years of managerial experience in matrixed organization
Develop hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose achievable plan
Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs
Build and manage highest performing team
Manage stakeholders including senior leaders and build strong relationships
Responsible for building new age/cost effective sourcing capability within the team
Manage and build vendor relationships and capability
Ensure all positions are closed in time and within the budgeted cost
Responsible for tracking and measuring all metrics
