Assistant Manager - Investment Operations - Wealth Management

Role : Assistant Manager- Investment Operations

- The Assistant Manager for Investment operations for Wealth Management (WM) manages a team within Investment Ops in delivering key and complete operational delivery around Investment transactions for PB Clients.

- He manages the day to day processes, allocation of work, completion of tasks and reporting for the function under him.

- He partners with stake holders within PB & like the Sales, Investments, Risk and Compliance teams and with teams like OPC, Ops Risk, etc to build adequate capabilities around Operational systems and Processes to provide enhanced operational deliveries for Wealth Management Clients.

Education:

- Graduate Degree Minimum

- Professional Certification like CISI is preferred

Experiences:

- 8-10 years’ experience in an Operations role at least 5 of which in Investment Operations in a top tier investment company

- Should have managed a team of about 5 people at least

Functional skill in the following area:

- Trade & Settlements

- Asset Servicing

- Derivative Settlements/ Reporting

Skills & Behavioral Competencies:

- Knowledge Of Investment processing and products

- Good administration and organizational skills.

- Should have managed a functional team within Investment Ops.

- Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
