- Managing day to day internal communications of the organisation, which includes conceptualizing and executing employee engagement program, developing editorial calendars, extending branding and communications support to all business / functional projects and initiatives.
- Support specialized Human Capital campaigns and messaging, including employee benefits, performance management etc.
- Support internal and external talent branding initiatives for the organisation
- Review of internal policies for Human Capital and other internal functions
- Create end to end campaigns for internal consumption across functional needs
- Support leadership communication needs
- Work on generating content for newsletters, internal portal, email campaigns, mailers, posters
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have prior corporate communications experience of at least 4/6 years.
- Candidates with ingrained experience in Communications teams, over those from PR agencies or media owing to a requirement of managing multiple internal stakeholders and project management for campaigns.
- Graduation and Post-graduation in Journalism, Mass Media, HR, English or allied fields preferred.
- Good understanding of social media messaging will be helpful to the strength of the candidature.
- Strong writing and editing skills are mandatory.
