Assistant Manager - Internal Communication

Creates and drives execution of the US India communications strategy that advances the objectives of the business overall, collaborating very closely with the U.S India and U.S Communications teams.

- Ability to measure the effectiveness of communications and refine the strategy based on the business impact and success.

- Leverages social and digital communication platforms like the intranet, videos, social media to help drive the business priorities and messages.

- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in internal communications, having served in a leadership role among big corporations or MNC’s, including designing and execution of complex, multi-dimensional internal communication programs.

- Recognized experience in counselling senior leaders regarding the strategic impact and value of Communications

- Well versed with social and Online media
