Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - Food Industry - CA

BNC is hiring for Food Industry for the post of Assistant Manager Internal Audit for Gurgaon Location.

1. Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and oversee risk-based internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes, utilizing consulting expertise to identify and mitigate risks.

2. Audit Planning: Develop detailed audit plans, including scope, objectives, and methodology. Adapt consulting methodologies to address the specific needs of the organization.

3. Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, applying best practices from consulting experience.

4. Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights to management based on data analysis.

5. Reporting: Prepare detailed workpapers and audit reports documenting audit procedures, findings, and recommendations. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and comprehensiveness of audit documentation.

6. Compliance and Controls: Evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance internal controls and ensure compliance.

7. Stakeholder Communication: Present audit findings and strategic recommendations to senior management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations.

8. Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and report on the status of corrective actions. Ensure timely resolution of audit issues.

9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit function by incorporating innovative ideas and consulting best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. CA with 3-5 years of experience in internal audit within a consulting firm, providing services to various industries.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Proficiency in using audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
