Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - CA

We are looking for a talented and experienced CA with hashtag#InternalAudit experience for one of our client based in Mumbai.

Designation: Assistant Manager

Requirement:

- CA or MBA in Finance , 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit.

- Mandatory to know P2P Audit, IFC testing, Inventory Management.

- Strong experience in SAP Oracle, SOP, Data Analytics and MS Office,Power BI tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities:

- P2P Audit- Covered major areas like vendor Management, order processing, invoice processing and approval, payment processing.

- Inventory Management- Material Management, GRN, Quality Check, Slow/Non-Moving inventory, Scrap Management, Valuation.

- Finance & Accounts- Cash & Bank Management, GL review, Investment, Bank guarantee, Capex, Record to Report, Expenses Management.

- Order to Cash- Customer, Price Master Management, Credit control, Order Management, Material dispatch, invoice Processing and Collection.

- HR & Payroll- Onboarded Employees process, Employee Master Management, Appraisal Policy, Training Calendar Management, Attendance and Leave Management and Statutory Payment.

- Production: COGS Booking, Standard Cost vs Actual Cost review, Review of Long Aged WIP lying

- Preparation and Testing of SOP and IFC of listed companies.
