Assistant Manager - Instructional Design - BFSI

The candidate will be a part of the learning and development team.

Knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning development process

Should have written and developed content and modules for training, storyboards and scripts.

Should have good understanding of behavioral training.

Interact with the development team to facilitate the development of the courses.

Excellent communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Familiarity with various authoring tools, e.g. Articulate, Captivate, blooms taxonomy, gamification, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Medium

Should have exposure to the e learning platform.

At least 3-4 yrs experience in the above criteria.
