Job Purpose:
Formulate systems and processes and provide strategic direction to enable the branch team in implementing Sales & Distribution Plan for Institutional Channel. Lead, motivate and train the Institutional team to achieve the business objectives.
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
will responsible to developed the Institutional Business in the branch by formulating systems and strategies in line with the channel objectives.
To plan and expand Institutional Business in markets beyond metros
Business Strategy Development and Sales planning.
Ensure achievement of value/volume and share objectives set for the District.
Customer Relationship & Customer Development
To closely monitor and optimize costs for Brand inputs, Infrastructure and delivery in consultation with the other Assistant Manager and take corrective action
