Assistant Manager - Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities :
The Founder Inside Sales Manager - Mint, will be responsible for pushing revenue growth and creating customer base or member base for the Mint Founder's Club.
Key Qualifications :
- Good Oral and written communication, Good on Microsoft excel and other related tools, Client Servicing.
- Experience in selling digital products would be an advantage.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks :
- Achieving the set number and revenue targets
- Research on the target audience and building new database
- Maintaining the daily work and registration docs (on google drive)
- Profiling of the existing database/Account management/ Data management
- Reaching out to the right target via phones and emails
- Closing the sale
- Raising the invoice once a written confirmation has been received
- Follow up on pending payments
- Profile database and inviting target audience as guests when need be
- Follow up on guest invites sent
- Sending confirmation and reminder emails to the confirmed attendees
- Reminder calls on the morning of the event if need be
- Managing registration of the digital product on day to day basis.
- Networking with the delegates present on the day of the event
- Feedback collection
- Relationship building with the attendees/subscribers to ensure repeat business
