Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IFRS Consolidation Specialist to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidation, IFRS reporting, and group accounting. This role requires expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting for group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements as per IFRS.

- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing for consolidation purposes.

- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.

- Assist in preparing disclosures and reports for group financial statements.

IFRS Compliance & Technical Accounting:

- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and update financial statements accordingly.

- Assist in implementing new IFRS standards and changes in reporting requirements.

- Liaise with auditors to support IFRS-related audits and compliance reviews.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination:

- Work closely with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure consistency in reporting.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and financial reviews.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 6-7 years of experience in financial consolidation and IFRS reporting.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, intercompany reconciliations, and group reporting.

- Experience working in a multinational or large corporate environment is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with financial consolidation software (SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.) is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or DipIFR (by ACCA) are an advantage.
