The incumbent will play a lead role for HRIS, Compensation and Benefits (C&B Analytics; Benefits administration), Automation Projects and will also pitch in for HR Ops as and when required.
Responsibilities :
Compensation & Benefits:
- Participate in the development, implementation, administration of the merit annual salary planning, incentive, benefits programs, and other reward and recognition programs.
- Day to day responsibility of benefits and compensation operations and delivery of administration services
- Lead and support for ad hoc compensation initiatives
- Review and coordinate approval of off-cycle salary proposals
- Champion the communication and education of compensation and total rewards programs throughout all levels of the organization
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and build processes that scale effectively.
HRIS:
- Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.
- Ensure service Delivery of HR Analytics models & reports as per committed service levels
- Superior analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret and connect the HR modelling results and translate and present them into meaningful applications and operational requirements
- Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws by performing scheduled activities and to recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Special Projects:
- Completes HR special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
HR Operations:
- Responsible for managing the entire gamut of Employee Life cycle from prehiring to post exit formalities, i.e on boarding, relocation, transfer, probation process, merit administration, off boarding etc.
- Partner with business partners including payroll, benefits, technology, operations and finance in order to field questions and resolve day to day issues with employees
- Process HRIS transactions (SAP interface) including new hires, personal data changes, promotions, terminations
Basic Qualifications:
- Responsible for Vendor payments/ agreements
- Regular follow up with various stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and timely updation of all relevant trackers/reports to ensure adherence to timelines
- Any Graduate/ Masters
- Minimum 5 + years Hands-on experience in HR Operations/HRIS
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge is must
